This Privacy Policy describes how Primo Forte Media Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use The Fulfillment Planner mobile application (the “App”) and the website at thefulfillmentplanner.com (the “Site”). By using the App or Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information You Provide

When you create an account or use the App, you may provide:

• Name and email address used to create your account
• Daily commitments, journal entries, and personal reflections you enter into the App
• Responses and conversations you have with Forte, our AI coach
• Pillar scores and mood tracking data you record
• Optional profile information you choose to add

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App or Site, we may automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage data including features accessed and session duration
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics
• General location data (country or region) based on IP address
• Subscription status and in-app purchase history (processed by Apple)

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your precise GPS location
• We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone without explicit permission
• We do not collect social media profile data
• We do not store your full payment or credit card details — all billing is handled by Apple

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Power Forte, our AI coach, with context relevant to your pillars and progress
• Personalize your experience and surface relevant prompts and reflections
• Process your subscription and manage your account
• Send important service-related notifications (not marketing by default)
• Analyze aggregate usage trends to improve the product
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal journal content or Forte conversations for advertising purposes.

The App uses the following third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — Used for authentication and cloud data storage. Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat — Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. Privacy Policy
• OpenAI — Powers the Forte AI coach. Conversations may be processed by OpenAI in accordance with their data use policies. We do not share your name or account details with OpenAI. Privacy Policy

✦ Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Your data is stored using Firebase's secure cloud infrastructure, which includes encryption at rest and in transit.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — Request that we delete your account and associated data

• Opt-out — You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time

✦ Children's Privacy

The Fulfillment Planner is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

✦ International Users

The Fulfillment Planner is based in the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

✦ California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold
• The right to delete personal information held by us
• The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)

✦ Subscription Terms

The Fulfillment Planner offers a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription at $9.99/month. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.

✦ Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or via email.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
